I love to encourage people to be strong through Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.I'm 37, I teach Art to kids of all ages, especially K-6th grades. I encourage them to discover what they like and to pursue it more. I often incorporate Yoga with the Art lesson.I grew up in Maine. I spend time in NYC where my sister lives.
