Laughter Yoga
How does it work? Laughter Yoga is a simply a practice of laughing for no reason. We do silly, playful exercises that encourage laughter and mirth, with no jokes to return to a simple state of joy! Laughter Yoga will be taking place from 6pm to 7pm the first Tuesday and third Monday of every month starting March 2, 2010 in San Francisco at Authentic SF at 115 10th St. The class begins and ends with yogic breathing and positive intention.
