The new 10 commandments
If you were given the opportunity to help create a new set of 10 commandments that would help make the world a better place, what would you leave to the world?
Looking back on the pages of history makes one ask the most profound, yet simple question: Are we heading towards the light or the darkness? The pessimist will say that we are heading towards an inevitable doomed disaster; the optimist will say that we have the power to enjoy the gift called life.
When I am asked how I see humanity functions and move towards the future, I choose the positive answer. That is, I view the path of humanity with complete acceptance that the evolution of human behavior, as anything else in life, is progressing. While being aware of its progress, I can create a more fair and just environment, in my surroundings and wherever my hands reach. Sometimes it's enough if just 10 of my friends get to be exposed to dozens of new approaches, views and ideas of other people with whom they never have any connection. That is an excellent example of how we can use human progress (such as the Internet) and global positive social interactions to make and be the change we wish to see.
I would like to challenge our societies as a whole and us as individuals to raise real questions about the ways we are living now and to honestly confront our traditional ways of living and self management.
I have found that the Internet is an extraordinary tool to share opinions and information in many ways. I use it to share my findings about the positive alternatives for life from people, like you and me, who have an opinion (or not) of how to make life better.
The New 10 Commandments project is a fun worldwide project that strives to bring a global voice of the people themselves, whoever they are. Diversity is the key to better understanding global human interests and visions.
How does it work?
Very simple! :-) I am taking short video clips (10-30 seconds) of people from wherever I go on my daily agenda (in the train station, street, offices, etc.). I will compose them into a short movie clip, just like the previous projects I was working on with other people from around the world.

In the process of creating the short movies, I love most of all the interviews with others and the excitement of hearing new ideas and visions of simply extraordinary people that I randomly meet.
In this project, I am choosing to share the short clips before they are composed into short movie, and I will post them here on AltGlobe.org, as well as on Youtube.
Who can join?
Anyone, no matter age, race, gender and location! You can join my videographers team! We are taking the videos with a simple digital video camera (6 Mega pixels and up) and will assemble them together into a short fun clip that can be distributed throughout the web, with your shots inside.
Another option is to embed your short clips to AltGlobe one by one with a one line explanation from where they were taken after uploading them to Youtube.
