I am on a journey of personal discovery. Every day I discover something new about myself, not always so good, but I confront each new discovery with a positive attitude enabling me to face my demons and more importantly put in to motion a series of self healing processes and exercises that I have developed over the years.My journey is made easier because of the endless support given to me by my wonderful wife and two beautiful children.
