Although people generally really like the sound of Modern Hippie Mag when I tell them about it, I’ve also been advised by great minds in the field of marketing that to many the word “hippie” is derogatory and may do more to turn people away than attract them. The Fairview Shopping Center on the corner of 4th Street and Fairview Street is home to one of the most unusual trees we've ever seen.
