I am a video producer in San Francisco, CA and the founder of True Colors TV, an online video network for women and girls. My other passions include belly dance, yoga, art and music.

My website True Colors TV (TCTV) aims to inspire women and girls to live more expressively, creatively and authentically in all areas of their lives. I just launched a new video series on TCTV called "My Happiness Makeover" which documents my personal journey as I follow Dr. Aymee Coget's 12 week Happiness Makeover program. The program was a huge success in helping me get over fears and anxiety and building my confidence and finding greater meaning and purpose in my life. I also gained a number of psychological "tools" to help me manage stress and other negative emotions in my daily life. My hope is that, by watching the show, the audience can gain these tools as well to help them live freer, happier lives.
